Privacy Policy

Oculus Ventures Studio (“we,” “us”), a service of Oculus Ventures, builds website redesigns for small businesses. This policy explains what information we handle and how. The short version: we collect very little, we track nothing on previews, and we never sell data.

Information we collect

Business contact information (outreach)

When we prepare a preview, we use the business's own name and the contact details the business publishes on its website or public listings. We use it for one purpose: sending that business at most three emails about its preview over a 14-day window. Any reply of “STOP” ends contact permanently; we keep a minimal record of the opt-out solely so we can honor it forever.

Contact form

If you write to us through the form on this site, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, our form-processing provider.

Purchase and onboarding details

If you buy a site, we collect what we need to deliver it: your email address, your domain name, your revision requests, and — if you choose to provide one — your Google Analytics measurement ID. Information you type on our onboarding and review pages is saved in your own browser (localStorage) and reaches us only when you submit it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the email you used; we never see or store your card number.

What we don't do

• Preview sites contain no tracking. No analytics, no cookies, no pixels. Search engines are instructed not to index them.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
• We do not add anyone to mailing lists. Our outreach is limited to the three-email preview sequence described above.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of providers, each governed by its own privacy policy: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery), and — only on purchased sites, only if the buyer enables it — Google Analytics.

Retention

Outreach records are kept for the life of the preview window plus our permanent opt-out list. Buyer records are kept as long as needed to deliver and support the purchase, and for our ordinary business records after that.

Your choices

• Reply “STOP” to any email and you will never hear from us again.
• Ask us to remove a preview and it comes down the same day.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at team@beocv.com, and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
